About us

I was instantly attracted to reflexology after taking the holistic approach to the recovery from the addiction to drugs & alcohol & mental health issues. The amazing effects on my wellbeing I went through with the treatment of reflexology aided vitality necessary for the journey of recovery. This respect I had for the holistic approach urged me to study and qualify as an insured reflexologist.

I am a member of the international federation of reflexology: registration number 91T1673. My passion & desire is to enable support to the individual's health care plan by applying reflexology techniques to improve physical and mental health.

Our services

Reflexology as a medical practice has been recognised dating back throughout ancient Egypt as far as2330 BCE. Throughout the world and its countries and cultures, there has been found pictographs of foot works. The concept of reflexology as a medical therapy began to emerge in the 19th century based on research by western scientists & medical practitioners of the nervous system. Their basic discovery was that therapists can influence health and well being through reflex actions-established the basis of reflexologist practice today.

How it works

Our bodies are made up of systems and within the systems are organs all of which if in ease work in unison to enable well being. Throughout the body from head to toe are ten invisible meridian lines. The systems organs and meridians are replicated in miniature scale & mirrored in zones on the feet. Within these zones are reflex pressure points. If a blockage occurs within a zone it can cause dis-ease through the meridians. It is a therapist ability to break down blockages by gently manipulating reflex points to enable the healing process to begin. The therapist is in tune with the amount of massage to be given to achieve the desired effect. This is where a bespoke treatment is enabled. As each individual has their own fingerprint so does their breakdown to a health problem.

What To Expect

On your visit to the reflexology suite, you will be expected to complete a brief questionnaire on the history of your health. On completion, you will be asked to remove any footwear and then made comfortable on the reflexology couch. The therapist will explain the massage procedure from working on your feet and a small area to the back of the legs just above the heels. This is a nonintrusive massage and your observation is respected at the end of each treatment where you can discuss any queries observed and a bespoke programme would have been assessed by the therapist during the treatment.

“I started reflexology as I was curious to see what it was about. In my first session, I was amazed with the treatment with Tracy as she could detect physical problems with my body just from touching my feet. In addition, I always felt much more relaxed after sessions with her. I would highly recommend her reflexology services.”

Jin Makin

“My ongoing irritable bowel was becoming more uncomfortable during a stressful time in my life. I was plagued with only 3hrs sleep a night,I had overpowering headaches which were effecting my daily decisions at work and in my personal life. I was referred by my GP to try a local reflexologist(Tracy). I am so impressed with the results I’ve experienced. I have unbroken nights sleep of 5hrs where I now awake feeling refreshed. My IBS symptoms are not recognisable as I feel a calming effect after my reflexology that has a lasting effect, which has a knock on effect where I no longer suffer from headaches.”

Edward Bearring

“After fortnightly reflexology treatments, I now feel that my body is working the way it should. I shall continue with treatment as Its the perfect tonic that I look forward too.”
